Wow 1.12.1 Vanilla Client

I just installed WoW Vanilla client this morning from the CD's I still happen to own. Is it possible to play @Kronos like this. So I guess I need to install the 1.12 patch? Do you guys have any reliable links where to download the patch and update my client as now I cannot connect to the server ( wrong client version probably). Here you can find Vanilla Wow client 1.12.1 download. Lotro download mac os x 10.11.These clients are pre-installed so you need to extract them from the zip file and update your realmlist to the server (learn how to change realmlist.wtf).
