If you want to get the Query function, just download the QueryStorm runtime (free, 4MB installer) and then use the 'Extensions' button in the ribbon to install the 'Windy.Query' package (as shown in the video). Note that you need to have the Office365 version of Excel to get the dynamic array 'spilling' functionality.
